In social work

Care Orders are sought.

Risk assessments made  and judgements about the risk of Future Harm.

In certain circumstances order can be given its form  by  conversational realities and then hope of shared futures can emerge.   Different actors in ‘the system’ might want to disrupt,    in hope or anger, orderly formulations and  claims to permanence made by others.  Rejecting social work as the primary re-order mechanism in community life.

Collaborative work can be a hurly-burly of different actors taking their cues. A dance of order and disorder.
