Peter Madden has worked at the cutting edge of strategy, policy and innovation for the past 30 years. As well as doing advisory, he currently works as Professor of Practice in City Futures at Cardiff University, Chair of Building with Nature , Board member of The Crown Estate and Advisory Board member of Igloo Regeneration. Previously, Peter was Chief Executive at the Future Cities Catapult , Chief Executive at Forum for the Future, and Director of the Green Alliance, as well as holding several Board positions and doing senior roles in government.

He has advised world-leading companies and cities on futures, innovation, and strategy.

Peter travels across the UK and internationally to speak, and addresses high-level Board sessions and major conferences.

‍Peter has done advisory work on futures, strategy, and innovation with some of the top companies in the world, including Apple, Levis, PepsiCo, Tesco, Sony, Trane Technologies, Unilever and Vodafone. He has worked on smart city strategies and sustainable urban futures with leaders in the UK (including in Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and London) as well as in cities across the world.
